The Most Important Number To Check Before You Buy or Sell Your Home
Below are the close price-to-list price ratio (CLR) figures from June 2024 to July 2024. The CLR rates among all of the residential and condo properties were stable during that period. What is slightly different is that both semi-detached properties and 2-storey townhomes had the highest CLR rates than any other property types in both residential and condo markets, thereby, showing their popularity and demand among motivated buyers.
